Through the expanded lens of photography, Lauren Edwards uses various strategies including installation, projection, and sculpture to create and complicate framing devices that make visible the relationships between experience, perception, representation, and the body. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Northeastern University in 2004 and her MFA from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013. Edwards lives and works in Chicago, IL.
